We design customized AGV robots, tailored and manufactured to meet the individual needs of our clients. This adaptability makes them the ideal choice when specific tasks that a commercial AGV cannot address are required.

Our autonomous vehicles are the ideal solution for situations where a conventional AGV cannot perform the task. This includes various circumstances, from challenging terrains it needs to navigate to requirements for sealing or degrees of protection.

We create custom structural designs to seamlessly integrate our AGVs with other equipment, such as robots, computer vision systems, cleaning equipment, or pruning devices. In these cases, we design the AGVs specifically to balance the loads and meet safety requirements during both the transport and production stages.

We develop custom navigation systems for autonomous agricultural AGVs (autonomous tractors) to operate without a driver and travel from one GPS coordinate to another without predefined paths. The system detects branches and other obstacles, selecting the optimal route.

We analyze the requirements of each project to design and manufacture the perfect AGV. We take into account the environment in which the AGV will be deployed, the type of tasks it will perform (load, handling, specific actions, size, route breadth, autonomy, weather conditions, battery charging, terrain, sealing, etc.), as well as the specific needs of our clients.

We define positioning technology as LIDAR, GPS, SLAM, vision cameras. We also define displacement technology as 3D mapping, laser guidance, optical guidance, or wire guidance. We also take into account the type of motor, transmission system, sensor design and placement, as well as user interface, ease of use, and handling.

We can modify a commercial device or design an AGV from scratch, in addition to selecting the appropriate hardware for each application. Our goal is to find the most suitable technology for the needs identified in the analysis phase of each project.

Integrating all the necessary sensors for their proper functioning, we conduct real tests under controlled conditions to fine-tune the systems. This way, we can ensure that the AGVs are ready to face any challenges in the real environment.

After development and configuration, we start up the AGV in the work environment. We conduct operation tests and make final adjustments to ensure that the AGV can perform its tasks safely and efficiently. We also teach the AGV the work environment in which it will operate, allowing it to learn how to navigate and avoid obstacles.

For farm cleaning, our AGVs have wheels adapted to the ground, which can be changeable and slippery. They have a sealed design to prevent their electronics from getting damaged. In addition to AGVs for cleaning, we also manufacture AGVs for feeding, surveillance, and accompanying animals, or to assist in transportation.

For cleaning surfaces other than floors, such as tables at different heights, we recommend the use of AGVs adapted to specific manufacturing equipment. These AGVs must be sealed and secure to ensure cleaning quality and worker safety.

Mobile AGVs are a flexible and efficient solution that allows you to use a single collaborative robot or the type you need. The AGV is responsible for moving the operator or collaborative robot within the assembly line, so if the cycle time allows, there is no need to have multiple units. This results in cost savings and reduced equipment investment.
