At ATRIA, we believe in a better future for all, a sustainable and responsible future. That’s why we focus on innovation, responsible production, and environmental care in collaboration with our clients.

We are committed to equality, talent, and technological outreach, using our resources accordingly.

Thanks to this commitment, we have received the Aragon Social Responsibility Award since 2017.

We are a company with a clear objective; we believe that sustainable development is a commitment from everyone. That’s why we work to ensure that our actions and daily work have a positive impact on the environment.

Our actions are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established by the United Nations. Specifically, we align with SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, and SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production.

We are proud to have been awarded the Social Responsibility Award (RSA) by the Government of Aragon from 2017 to the present. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to Social Responsibility.

We advocate for equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of gender. Therefore, we are committed to an Equality Plan that promotes equal treatment and opportunities between men and women in the engineering and innovation sector.

Our current workforce consists of 45% women and 55% men. We take pride in having our management team composed of 50% women and 50% men.

In 2017, we received the Award from the Aragonese Association of Businesswomen and Professionals for our work in favor of equality.

At ATRIA, we are passionate about technology and science. That’s why, since 2014, we have a technology dissemination blog with more than 250 entries. We love sharing our knowledge and experience with students. Therefore, we collaborate with the School of Engineers of Zaragoza in various activities such as workshops, talks, and contests.

We also participate in job fairs at the University of Zaragoza to introduce students to the opportunities offered by the technology sector.

We are committed to the training of future engineers, technicians, and researchers. That’s why we collaborate with different universities on research and training projects.
