In ATRIA Innovation we are very proud to have obtained the recognition of the Social Responsibility of Aragon again!
The RSA plan (Responsabilidad Social de Aragón) consists on a set of commitments, economic, social and environmental adapted by companies in order to improve the impact of companies on areas such as social labor and environmental rights.
A socially responsible company goes beyond compliance with laws and regulations . In order to become such as this kind of company, it is necessary to apply transparency in management, in addition to voluntarily integrating practices with an ethical, social and environmental commitment. Internal communication is another requirement to become a responsible company.

Actions we take in ATRIA

Our company heart is our team. That is why we carry out several actions focused on improving health and well-being.
One of them is healthy eating. In the office we always have fruit and nuts available for everyone to recharge energy at any time. In addition, we organize weekly sports activity together, over the past year we have practiced tennis, paddle and volleyball, highly recommended to generate team spirit!
The management is closely linked to the team, and this is another key aspect of RSA. In ATRIA we hold monthly meetings to inform about the company status, projects and events, we are always transparent.
We cannot forget our clients. Socially responsible companies are honest and transparent in its relationship with their clients and this is the keypoint for ATRIA. All the actions that we carry out in this field are made for imrpove processes and communication with our clients.Another characteristic of responsible companies is to have an ethical and responsible relationship with suppliers. In ATRIA we work with a very wide network of suppliers with whom we participate in several projects, and we take advantage of this blog to thank each of them, our management with them is based on trust and transparency.
Excellence in management is important too in ATRIA . Our processes are managed by internal procedures , so it is much easier for new incorporations to know the working ATRIA method. In addition, we are involved in the development and involvement of people and therefore every year we receive annual training based on the needs of the job.
Another strong point of the RSC is the environment. And in ATRIA we are also very aware of sustainability, we avoid the generation of plastic waste, we separate and recycle , trying to reduce the impact we generate in our work area and direct environment. Also, as we said you we collaborate with the “Árboles para Siempre” association. We annually participate in tree planting activities in areas of our region.
