ATRIA Innovation has attended many events during the last two months. We want to thank all the organizations for their effort, each of these events has been a wonderful chance to meet other companies, people and learn a little more about innovation, our passion in every aspect. We would also like to take the opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, we hope 2016 brings new projects and exciting experiences. Here we leave some snapshots and comments of what these events have meant for us.
We attended the IV Hall of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Huesca (SIE 2015) during 22 and 23 of October. It was incredible in every single aspect. We had the opportunity to show in our own stand and to companies, politicians, and citizens, what does our work consist in and real samples of the technologies in which we are experts. We also had the pleasure to listen to renowned speakers as Helena Ancos, Alex Rovira, Javier Molina and David Espinar.
A little further ahead, on October 29, we attended the First Conference of Knowledge and Capabilities in Aragon called: Do we have talent? Aragon listen to us! which took place in the Paraninfo of Zaragoza. This conference lies within the Aragon Entrepreneur’s Week and was conceived as a forum to share experiences of local entrepreneurs from different generations, to discuss future challenges that young people will need to face and to present the career development platforms that citizens can access for advising on enterprising, growth and innovation. We had so much fun listening to the experiences and interesting projects that met together that day.

In November, we assisted to Focus Innova Pyme in Valencia, a business meeting intended to SMEs (Small or Medium Enterprises) and entrepreneurs, whose competitive strategy is based on innovation. It was a vibrant journey full of conferences, activities and a lot of networking. There, we had the chance to present what is ATRIA to other participants, share experiences and learn about the policy and tools that Europe promotes to support PYMES through innovation, sustainability and competitive upgrading. They were intense, productive and very interesting hours.

The journey Strategy for SMEs was organized in the context of AJE Aragon (Young Entrepreneurs Association from Aragon) Sessions. We went over the importance of a good strategic planning and proper execution with Lorente y Lorente Asesores and SAGE Spain, who also presented us the new SAGE tool for management accounting, for which by the way, we predict a great success because of its ease and manageability.

As AJE Aragon members, we took part in the Annual Assembly on November 11. A summary of the major highlights of the year was made and new ideas for next year were presented. In addition, we happily stand out that the participants were very active during the meeting, and original and interesting proposals arose during the discussion. It was great!

We can’t miss EMPACK Madrid 2015 Fair, celebrated during the 18 and 19 of November. There we met the latest updates in materials, technology, logistics, and solutions in all types of packaging. We also assisted to the conference Innovation as the solution to the different packaging challenges organized by PACKNET and where we had the chance to meet representatives from Mercadona, Elisava, Eurecat, Itene, Ecoembes y SIG-Combibloc.

Finaly, yesterday we assisted to the “Networking and more… with Ibercaja” organized by AJE Aragón, Ibercaja and ETOPIA in Zaragoza. He had with us the President of AJE Aragon, Toño Becerril, also David Moreno, member of the Board of Directors, who informed about the access to current public assistance and subsidies for entrepreneurs, and Javier Rillo, Investment Analysis Director in Ibercaja Gestión, who brought update on the stock exchange market opportunities for 2016.
