Problem

Solution for a non-ergonomic workstation that caused tendinitis in the operators.

Objective

Develop and implement an online picking system for clamp placement and correct connection.

ATRIA Solution

A pick and place gripper system adapted to our client’s product was developed and implemented.

The terminals are detected through computer vision and the vision-assisted collaborative robot carries, opens and closes the grippers. The claw was designed specifically for the application. The final tests were carried out at the client’s facilities.
