ROS system for robot movement

On 30th June we attended the Presentation of the Business Cooperation Plan of Aragon. It was a dynamic day starring the clusters.

Among the attendees: members of the regional government, such as its President Javier Lamban, Marta Gastón, Minister of Economy, Industry and Employment, Pilar Alegría, Minister of Innovation, Research and University of the Government of Aragon; representatives of the 5 clusters of Aragon: ALIA – Aragonese Cluster of Logistics, ARAHEALTH – Aragón Health Cluster, AERA – Aeronautical Cluster of Aragon, CAAR Aragón Automotive Cluster, TECNARA – ICT Cluster of Aragón, ZINNAE – Urban cluster for efficient use of water and the Aragonese Food Cluster .
Before the CEA Plan presentation there was time to talk and share experiences. The round tables were an opportunity to learn about the work of the clusters, their innovation projects, research and future lines of work. The main conclusion that everyone shared is that collaborative work offers innumerable advantages to the companies that make up the group, such as visibility, internationalization, increased network of contacts, … Cooperation is beneficial for all, to be competitive , grow and create quality employment through innovation.
Subsequently, the Minister Marta Gastón, proceeded to the official presentation of the CEA Plan. The objective of the plan is to continue promoting this modality of business cooperation, promoting the formation of new clusters and supporting those already established to continue exercising their work. Clusters are considered as the business development engine, capable of attracting talent, driving innovation and attracting investments in their sectors or markets, with special emphasis on the opportunity that generates that SMEs can collaborate to that its small size is not an obstacle in its competitiveness.
The plan has 10 main actions that I summarize below:
- Creation of the Clusters Forum , whose bases are the motivating action for new initiatives, especially for SMEs, and the approach of cooperation opportunities
- Promote sectoral market days that have the active participation of all the agents involved and referents at national and international level.
- Development of strategic cooperation plans that allow designing new lines of action for clusters and the companies they group together.
- Expert support according to specific needs (marketing, market research, purchasing centers, logistics, sector analysis, communication, training, product design, legal, negotiation techniques …).
- Support in the participation in European projects.
- Support for obtaining European Stamps of Excellence.
- Support in the internationalization and realization of dissemination activities, with the aim of greater international recognition.
- Investment capture and public – private collaboration in the attraction of activities and companies abroad.
- Incorporation of the corporate social responsibility into the management model.
- New cluster initiatives.
