Appearance of mold in product during transport.

Objective

Take a sample of the mold, characterize it and determine its danger to humans and to the product.

ATRIA Solution

From the sample taken, the mold was isolated and growth was carried out in the laboratory. After this growth, the types of molds found in the original sample were morphologically quantified. Next, through a biomolecular characterization, the species of each mold and its dangerousness could be determined.
Knowing the type of mold, it was possible to determine its origin and the necessary security measures for its handling.
