Appearance of reversible white spots on fabrics in contact with water vapour.

Objective

Determine the origin of the white spot and prevent its appearance.

ATRIA Solution

A study of the interaction between water vapor and each component that forms the fabric was carried out. From this study, the materials that can react with water at high temperatures were defined and tests were carried out to determine which material generated the stain. Once the material was known, several solutions were postponed to replace and/or protect it.
