Artificial Vision

It is the technology that provides 'senses' and automated decision-making abilities to products or production lines.

Artificial vision is based on detection, segmentation, location and recognition of objects or parts of objects of interest for the functioning of a product or assembly line. The applications of this technology are:

Augmented Reality

It is based on the simultaneously visualization in real time of real and virtual in an ergonomic way in order to improve the user experience or instructions of an assembly process.

The augmented reality uses elements as goggles, tablets, screens or projectors for generating the virtual information that is going to be displayed to the user. The applications of this technology are:

Robotics allows repetitive processes performance, dangerous or non-ergonomic for workers so different tasks can be performed where they truly add value.

In mould Electronics

With in mould electronics it is possible to place our circuit in a film and later introduce it in an injection mould with the plastic piece.

Using this technique you can eliminate physical circuits and cables, introducing the electronics in the plastic piece itself. In this way, assembly process are eliminated, weigth is reduced and lower production cost are achieve. It is possible to have:

Laser Technology
Laser is a full digital and high precision technology, that means high flexibility for the production lines .

Small batches production is possible without extra costs, even in the case of unitary batches. Another advantage of this technology is its high level of automatization compared with traditional techniques.

Micro and nano structuration

Functional coatings

This technology consists on the use of additives in the plastic injection processes with the objective of modifying the properties of a material
